Shipping policy

All items are hand crafted and at times, made to order by our local crafts people. This means, we have a slightly higher delivery time than most online stores. 

Our standard delivery times are:

• 4 - 5 working days for in stock items.
• 10 - 15 working days for custom orders / out of stock items. 

You may get in touch with us via WhatsApp on +92 304 2230808 to confirm delivery times. Send us the product name / link and order quantity for confirmed shipment time. 

For deliveries outside of Karachi, all orders are delivered via courier service. For deliveries within Karachi, orders are delivered via private rider.
